A talented multi-tasking craftsman with extensive skill and experience level, and exhibits the ability to manage job sites, maintaining quality and standards of work, supervise multiple employees, trade contractors, and multiple tasks at one time.


Education:     Minimum High School Diploma or 

Equivalent Experience:     Minimum of five years in all phases of residential construction. Supervisory experience is a requirement.

Knowledge:     Extensive knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes

  • Encourage challenging and rewarding situations for other employees to enhance their skills through your knowledge and expertise 
  • Willingness to work with all employees regardless of their level of skill

  • Must be able to effectively read blueprints 
  • Experience in doing layout, framing, finishing of typical projects, room additions, and home remodeling
  • Ability to understand the entire scope of work and ensure that appropriate procedures are adhered to and assure timely completion of project according to the timeline
  • Ability to draw appropriate sketches to communicate details to employees, and others
  • Able to take accurate measurements and work precisely to minimize costly material mistakes
  • Ability to visualize the finished project to anticipate obstacles and material requirements 
  • Apply mathematical and analytical skills necessary to do material and labor estimates and comprehend specification sheets
  • Knowledge of safety rules, equipment and jobsite safe workmanship practice techniques and encourage safety at all times 


  • Ability to clearly explain steps, provide clear directions, and answer questions about construction processes to owners, employees and subcontractors in a professional and helpful manner
  • Adept at establishing relationships during project, and facilitate prompt resolution of issues and conflicts 


  • Able to organize progress of multiple employees and trade contractors on a single jobsite
  • Able to quickly identify potential schedule conflicts and generate, as well as implement, needed modifications 
  • Able to communicate and monitor overall jobsite organization requirements for an efficient, clean, uncluttered and safe project site
  • Able to complete and fulfill required jobsite documentation


  • Requires alternative solutions to unforeseen obstacles and building conditions
  • Provide solutions for design modifications and assure clear communication with clients and management for approval process


  • 99% of work time is spent on job sites
  • Minimal driving is required
  • Valid driver’s license and working vehicle are required


  • Ability to climb ladders for heights of up to 40 feet, and crawl for distances of 30 feet
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools, lumber and building materials
  • Must be able to lift and manipulate objects up to 80 lbs. for 50 feet
